Diet progress

13-pounds in a week. Just shows how unhealthy I've been. Though due to the office competition, we cheated by drinking a lot of water before the initial weigh-in. My real weight loss for my first week of dieting has been 6.3 pounds so far.

The key is restricting how much I eat, and what I eat. Calorie counter iPhone applications such as My Fitness Pal works really well for this. It's amazing how quickly the calories add up!
