Tapatio, if they had stocks, I'd buy them

My SO is addicted to Tapatio Salsa Picante (Hot Sauce).  We were going through their standard 10 oz bottles so quickly that we had to upgrade to the 32 oz.

As you can see, she's already made some serious damage to this handy hot sauce.

She was initially introduced to Tabasco, but quickly graduated to Sriracha hot sauce (which is a South East Asian "based" hot sauce invented in Los Angeles).  Eventually, she was introduced to Tapatio and never turned back.

Oh wait, until recently, when we discovered the Papalote Roasted Tomato Salsa. We decided to visit their restaurant after seeing them on Bobby Flay's "Throw Down with Bobby Flay". The Papalote brothers won the competition with ease, and I have to admit their triple threat burrito and fish taco were amazing. The secret weapon to their success was definitely the Papalote Roasted Tomato Salsa, which you can buy separately in take home jars (and oh, we did).

Tapatio has more flavor and less vinegar than other comparable hot sauce.  I have to admit I prefer them as well, but not to that extent...

You can find out all you want to know about hot sauces here.
