So I was looking up hiking trails...

For my dog and SO to hike on tomorrow after agility training and ran across this house on Google Maps.  Who the hell lives here?!?  This is ALL one property, and I see about 3 different homes with a variety of gardens joining them, as well as 2 separate private driveway entrances...

Zillow claims the house to be worth only $4.7M....  I call bullshit.  Makes me wonder if my house estimate is accurate.

The person that owns this home pays over $200,000 a year in property taxes... makes me feel bad about complaining about my $1,000/year property tax increase.  This dude can have my home paid off in full in 4-easy annual payments with his property taxes alone...

I'm guessing the owner probably bought this place with CASH... I can't see any sane person paying interest on a mortgage of that magnitude...
