New way of charge college tuition while promoting student success

Interesting commentary on APR Marketplace Money 9/9 show ~40 min in. Few schools (and nations) are trying new ways of charging tuition, e.g. taxing a % of future student income/earning after graduation, or a 10% ownership in their future companies.
