Zynga’s Tough Culture Risks a Talent Drain
I can't agree with this quote more, “We’ve learned that when companies treat talent as a commodity, the consequences are severe,” said Ms. Toledano of Electronic Arts. “It takes years to repair a reputation.”
Not sure why someone who has gone though the HBS training would fail to recognize that. Maybe some former top business school grads should have paid more attention to the "touchy feely" courses.
