Whoo hooo!

One and a half years ago, I was 82 lbs heavier. I feel better and look great. Awesome!

One great pointer I got during my weight loss: If you're feeling snacky, try drinking a cup of water first. For some reason, hunger and thirst sometimes feel the same.
