Here's some great tips forwarded to me by a fellow coworker who's also a participant of our office "Biggest Loser" competition. The Men's Health article talks about the virtues of these 12 Power Foods. These power foods include fresh almonds and nuts, oatmeal, turkey breast, dairy (consumption of calcium facilitates weight loss), egg whites, spinach (and other greens), as well as substituting whole grain bread products for regular white bread.
