Going to sleep early when dieting

If you sleep early and wake up early, you get to jump start your metabolism with a good breakfast (which is why people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day).

The more practical reason for me is the earlier you sleep, the less time there is between bedtime and the 7 pm last meal cutoff, and therefore less chance of you getting hungry. It is really unhealthy to put yourself to sleep by eating before so the blood will go into your stomach.

I remember this phrase from an unknown author a while back about the key to living a long and healthy life, "You should eat like a King during breakfast, sensibly at lunch, and like a Pauper during dinner."

It is true in so many ways.
