Reliable Weight Scale

If you are serious about weight loss and healthy living, invest in a reliable weight scale.  I believe digital works best.  With the understanding that if you're working out, muscles are much heavier than fat.  In some instances you may even gain weight as you become thinner.

But for the rest of us, this is a great way to keep ourselves in check and continue to keep us motivated.
