Diet Progress -- end of week 3 and start of week 4

End of week 3 and start of week 4. I am down to 205 lbs. That's a total loss of 22 lbs so far.

Hard to tell if the weight-loss happened this quickly because of exercise and dieting (starting to walk 1-mile to and from my office this week), or because I weighed myself at home on my analog scale.  When I weigh myself at home, I'm obviously not in my dress shoes, slacks, and shirt...

Well, at least I'm heading in the right direction.

To treat ourselves, my Significant Other and I are heading to Ad Hoc for their Fried Chicken.  Yum.

Ad Hoc is worth taking a "hall pass" to be off my diet tomorrow.  I'm pretty sure I'll be posting my own pictures of dinner after. :-)
