Saigon City Restaurant San Mateo
There are a lot of cheap Vietnamese restaurants in the San Mateo area, but most are mediocre. One of the more highly recommended Vietnamese restaurants is Saigon City. They are marginally more expensive when compared to their counterpart, but the quality of the food is much better, and ingredients fresher.
