Weight Update at end of Week 5

I just weighed myself at home minus all of my work garb.  I have reached the all elusive sub 200-pound mark!  Of course, on the analog scale I have at home, it's somewhat difficult to tell my exact weight, but the needle shows I'm right below the line.

27-lbs lost in 5-weeks with only a basic diet change and minimal exercise is really good.

For me, this really proves to me that any human being can do it as long as they are aware of the calories they are ingesting and learn to actively manage it.  Many foods are a lot higher in calories than you expect!

Changing one's diet does take a lot of willpower.  Then again, nothing good comes easy.
